Terms of Service for LifeNowPath

1. Introduction
Welcome to LifeNowPath. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, informational products, and goods offered at LifeNowPath.top.
2. Services Offered
LifeNowPath provides structured personal growth education services, including coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars. Services may be delivered in person at our address or online.
3. Informational Products
We offer digital resources such as e-books, online courses, and webinar recordings.
4. Goods
We may offer branded physical materials, including workbooks and merchandise.
5. Registration and Fees
To access any service, product, or good, you must complete the registration process and pay the associated fees in full. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your registration and fee.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
If you cancel a coaching session or workshop at least 14 days before the scheduled date, we will refund 80% of the fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% fee reversal. Cancellations within 6 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your service to another available date within 90 days of the original date at no extra fee. Due to limited availability, short-notice cancellations cannot be refunded.
6.2 Informational Products
Requests for a full refund of digital products must be made within 14 days of delivery, and access to more than 30% of the content voids eligibility. To request a refund, please use the contact form. Approved refunds will result in a fee reversal within 7 business days.
6.3 Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. The sender is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a fee reversal within 14 business days. Defective items may be replaced at no extra charge.
7. Changes to Terms
LifeNowPath may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to their effective date.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeNowPath and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website.
